About the Role
As a Field Marketing Manager, you are the bridge between regional and global marketing; owning the U.S. plan and driving the highest-impact tactics in close alignment with regional sales goals and market dynamics. You’ll leverage your understanding of customer behavior, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to shape local programs while staying aligned with global frameworks, brand, and shared assets.
You’ll run events, trade shows, webinars, customer touchpoints where you'll turn conversations into insights; surfacing customer use cases and pains from the field to curate the storytelling we need to support product launches and vertical programs. Leading with insights you'll ensure that marketing initiatives generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and strengthen IAR’s market position.
You'll be responsible for:
- Orchestrating the U.S. field marketing plan and calendar: events/trade shows, ABM/vertical programs (automotive, industrial, medical), and webinars that create qualified pipeline and sales momentum. Travel expectancy: 4-5 industry events per year + partner-led activities.
- Partnering tightly with commercial teams before/during/after activities to drive meetings, progress opportunities, and capture customer insight that inform go-to-market decisions.
- Turning field signals into technical stories and content.
- Managing joint activities with silicon/channel partners (such as MDF planning, shared webinars, booth presence).
- Adapting global marketing campaigns for the U.S. market; build campaign/landing pages and run email/automation nurtures tied to segments and stages, and measure what matters with post-campaign analysis.

You’re a proactive, data-driven marketer who can take full ownership, from plan to execution, without waiting for perfect conditions. You’ve a commercial mindset; prioritizing by impact, making pragmatic trade-offs on spend/channels, and can show how every play moves opportunities forward. You thrive shoulder-to-shoulder with sales, turning market motion into meetings and wins across your region.
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B field/regional marketing (embedded software, semiconductors, or adjacent technical industries).
- Demonstrated success partnering with commercial field teams on pre-event targeting, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up that converts to meetings and opportunities.
- Proven ability to lead with insights to localize content for regional markets.
- Experience with product/feature launches; comfortable shaping briefs for technical storytelling and compelling marketing.
- CRM proficiency and solid data literacy; able to report on MQL, SQL, opportunities, and ARR.
- Hands-on digital execution: social and Google Ads, building landing/campaign pages, email/automation nurtures and instrumenting UTMs/analytics.
